The Engineering Circle (TEC) is a consultant engineering company located in Sudan. The Engineering Circle (TEC) main involvements are in the fields of power generation,  power transmission and distribution systems. Also includes civil infrastructure, oil and gas, water and industrial projects. TEC has been involved in several major projects in Sudan from the stages of feasibility studies, preparation and review of specification and Tender Documents, tender adjudication, contract award, supervision of construction , installation, test and commissioning.

TEC has had a long  association with Ewbank  preece Ltd (now Mott MacDonald), in the fields of power generation, transmission and distribution, Civil Infrastructure in Sudan, water projects and oil gas projects.
